Harry M. Carson

	Harry M. Ram Carson, 67, of 204 Meadowlark Ln, Washington, died at 9:40 a.m. Sunday, October 29, 2000 at his residence.
	Born on December 2, 1932 in Pinckneyville to Harry R. and Mildred Hill Carson, he married Gloria Sizemore on January 16, 1959 in Peoria.  She survives.
	Also surviving are three daughters, Rhonda (Charlie) Burd of Farmington, Ill., Shelly (Gary) Hunt of Morton, Ill. and Christina (Eliot) Curtis of Peoria, Ill.; one son, Brian (Sandy) Carson of Oswego, Ill.; one sister, Lois (Bob) Uhe of Pinckneyville; two brothers, chuck (Jennifer) Carson of St. Petersburg, Fla. and John (Shirley) Carson of Brentwood, Calif. and 10 grandchildren.
	He was preceded in death by one sister, tow brothers and his parents.
	He was a U.S. Army veteran.
	He worked at Caterpillar Inc. as a repairman for 37 years.  He later worked at ATS (Advanced Technology Service) for two years and Illinois Central College for three years.  He was a member of the UAW Local #974.
	Services were held on Thursday, November 2, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. at Deiters Funeral Home in Washington with Pastor David W. Garner officiating.  Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.  Burial was in Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
